Studio Art started in 2016 in a room above a framer on Stokes Croft. We are still there, and we still work the same way: slowly, with real lights, and with the person in front of the camera doing most of the work.
We shoot portraits, editorial and campaign work, and we document exhibitions and artwork for galleries and artists across the South West. The room faces north, which means soft, even light all day and no waiting for the sun to behave.
Every job comes back fully finished. No proofing galleries of four hundred near-identical frames, no drip-feed of extras later. You get the edit we would put our own name to.
