Common questions

How long until I get the photographs?
Portraits come back within five working days. Editorial and exhibition work is usually a week, or faster if you tell us there is a print deadline.
Do you shoot at my place or at the studio?
Either. The studio on Stokes Croft faces north, so the light is soft and steady all day. If the story is somewhere else, we travel up to about 60 miles.
Can I use the pictures anywhere I like?
Portraits come with full personal and business use. For editorial and campaign work we agree the usage before the shoot so the price matches what you actually need.
What if I have never been photographed before?
Most people have not, and most people say they are bad at it. That is normal. We work slowly, show you frames as we go, and stop when we have something you are happy with.
